What does a Professional Organizer and Redesigner do?

  • Professional organizers use their expertise to design organizing systems and teaching organizational skills that will help you take more control of your surroundings, time and life. We’re able to help you through the steps of organizing and guide you with difficult decisions. We keep the process moving along and will offer suggestions to help you maintain your newly organized life.
  • Redesigners use their skill in interior design and space planning to change the look of any room or area. If your space is outdated, traffic patterns do not flow or you just want a new look, Redesign is a budget-friendly way to quickly makeover your space. It’s exciting and fun!

What are the benefits of getting organized?

EVERYTHING! Less stress, more space and it’s likely your life will be much happier.

How long will the organizing process take?

Unfortunately, there is not a one size fits all answer. Every project is different. The work will be done at your pace to get the job done as efficiently as possible. During the consultation, you will be given an estimate based on the size and scope of the project.

Do I need to be there for the organizing or redesign?

It depends. In most cases, we work together with clients. If you choose to not be present during the scheduled visits, you must be available via phone or text for questions during that time.

Will my session be confidential?

Absolutely! Please see the standard guidelines at the bottom section of the About page.

What do I need to do to prepare for this process?

It is important that you are ready and open to change and have a desire to commit to new systems. If you have young children at home, you may want to arrange child care to alleviate interruptions during the process.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash and checks.

How do I get started?

If you’re ready to get started, contact us (link). We can chat about your needs and goals and then set a time for an in-house appointment to view your space. You can tell us what is and isn’t working before we get started. At that point, if you’d like to move forward, an organizing session will be scheduled. Sessions are typically 3-4 hours, with a minimum of 3 hours.
